The 2018 Domaine Chapel Chiroubles comes from two vineyards. Poullet, close to the village, is a sun drenched vineyard which in 2018 produced incredibly concentrated fruit lending ripe black fruit flavours to the wine and an inky dark colour. Saint Roch on the other hand is a much higher altitude vineyard which had a good yield in 2018, lending the wine a little more generosity and playfulness.

The result is a wine of incredible depth with berry flavours and a savoury, wild gamey note that evokes the rugged landscape of the vineyards.
