Burgundian in style, Soli Pinot Noir has pure red fruit coming out of its ears think raspberry and red cherry, with a spicy undertone and soft, velvety tannins. If you like Pinot Noir, but not the prices commanded in Burgundy, give this one a go.

Italian born Edoardo Miroglio originally wanted to make wine in Piedmont. When he realised how expensive this was going to be, he decided to go off-piste and make wine in the Thracian Valley in Bulgaria, where wine has been made for thousands of years.
