Young Joseba and his family farms wines in the wild, wet Basque country, northern Spain. This is a completely different terrain to most of the rest of Spain, being much wetter, much cooler and much more difficult to make wine.

But make wine they do, the famous Txakoli (said Chack-o-lee), a bright, fresh style of white wine with a slight spritz, traditionally poured from a height into big tumblers. This is probably one of the freshest wines in our selection, pale, very dry, light and perfect on sunny days.
