We only stock the Gallimard Blanc de Noirs Champagne in magnums as quite frankly, one bottle is never enough! Gallimard is a 7th generation family grower with just 10 hectares of vines, situated in the Aube - the warmest, most southerly part of Champagne. Their Pinot Noir vines average more than 30 years old and are planted on steep chalk and Kimmeridgian marl slopes. The result of all these factors is a rich, intense style of Champagne with lovely summer fruit flavours and a pronounced toasty note.
