Winemaker Neil never meant to be a winemaker. He’s actually a Wagyu beef farmer. But sometimes life throws you a curveball and his piece of land happened to come with some jolly excellent vines. So he now makes a small amount of wine on the side. Everything is cared for with the utmost attention. Farming is done organically and biodynamically, with very little done to the wine once it reaches the winery. The result is energetic, vibrant wines that punch well above their price tag.
Holly’s Garden Pinot Gris is rich and spicy with flavours of honey, almond, crystallised ginger. Crisp and precise but with weight and balance.
