The price of this wine wowed us when we tried it - we thought it would be at least 50% more expensive!

Vincent Roussely is a 4th generation winemaker making wines in a winery that's dug into a tuffeau tunnel underneath his vines.

His vines are planted on clay and limestone but there are also pockets of silex - the prized rock responsible for some of the world's best Sauvignon Blancs.

Made in stainless steel, this is a mineral, taught Sauvignon Blanc reminiscent of those steely wines from Sancerre and Pouilly Fume.
