When one of our suppliers came to us, brandishing a bottle of organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon, made with natural yeasts (no packet stuff) and low sulphur, for under £15, we nearly bit their arm off.


A classic style of Cabernet Sauvignon packed full of black cherry, blackcurrant and spicy flavours, it’s best at home with hearty fare such as beef bourguignon or a classic English beef stew and suet dumplings.
