A soft, fruity white with great texture, grown in the hot climate of the Costieres de Nimes but on northern slopes to keep the grapes cool. Flavours of honeycomb, vanilla, ripe stone fruits, yellow apple and tangerine. Mourgues du Gres have done a great job at balancing fruitiness with freshness, there's definitely some minerality in the mix.
Vinified without sulphur, only indigenous yeasts are used; the price for the quality is outstanding.
