Samurai Chardonnay is consulted on by die-hard natural winemaker Patrick Sullivan, but is much more down the 'conventional' route, making it a little easier to appreciate as a mid-week wine. A completely unoaked style with bags of tropical fruit flavours; pineapple, guava, fresh lemon and lime. One to change preconceptions of what Aussie Chardonnay tastes like.
