Brut Nature means no added sugar, so this Cava is delightfully fresh + zesty. Made near Valencia and on high altitude soils, it's citrussy with some fresh pear and apricot notes.
It's made in the traditional method so has some bready notes in there too.
A refreshing change from cheaper examples of Cava that are packed full of sugar, it's bone dry, moreish and great at parties.
