Christina Tiberio has been long been championing quality in her native Abruzzo, where it’s unfortunately not everyone’s priority. Her wines are organically farmed, she only uses natural yeasts, little or no other additions in the winery other than a little sulphur at bottling. The result is an energetic, dynamic wine with flavours of sour cherries, black fruits and baking spices.
